Marion Mohrlok

Since 2007, Marion Mohrlok (she/her) has been instrumental in ensuring a diverse and sustainable flow of contributions from individuals, foundations, corporations, and sponsors, securing the future of PEPS for parents and families. Marion's passion lies in building community, supporting parents, fostering relationships with donors, and being a diligent steward of their investments in PEPS.

Before joining PEPS, Marion led the development efforts for the Dress for Success program at the YWCA of King and Snohomish Counties. A trained social worker and community organizer, she has consulted with cities and counties in Germany on enhancing civic engagement and directed a neighborhood center in Wuppertal, Germany.
Outside of PEPSAn immigrant from Germany, Marion has lived in the Seattle area since 2000 with her husband, John, and their two sons, Joshua and Noah. Together, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and exploring the Great Outdoors.
Education: Marion holds an MSW in Social Work from Katholische Fachhochschule für Sozialwesen in Freiburg, Germany. She is also an IAF-trained community organizer and a graduate of the University of Washington's Fundraising Management certificate program. Marion is an active member of AFP Advancement Northwest.
