Groups meet for 12 weeks with time for sharing parenting highs and lows, to focus on babies' development, and a discussion topic. Meetings also include time for informal socializing and connecting with other parents.

"The best thing about PEPS was the camaraderie. Meeting with these mamas and their babies every week and creating that connection was invaluable. I learned so much about myself, my abilities, and my baby, and made lifelong friends. PEPS is amazing!" - PEPS Group Participant
"This was the best parenting (and partnering) decision we have made. It aligned us with other parents in our neighborhood, and it helps to filter through things that might feel overwhelming. Also, it is so great to share all the fun (and less fun) sides of parenting with other people who know and want to hear about it!" - PEPS Group Participant
PEPS collaborates with Families of Color Seattle (FOCS), a local organization that offers free virtual and in-person parent groups tailored to different locations and stages, including North and South end newborns and waddlers. Additionally, Affinity Groups are available, bringing together individuals with common race, ethnic identity, or interests, such as Black Moms, Parents of Neurodivergent Children, Dads, Single Parents, and Queer and Trans Families. Groups offer a nurturing environment to enhance parenting skills and facilitate discussions on identity and race. FOCS groups are facilitated by trained parents with lived experiences relevant to the group. We encourage families with children of color to join a FOCS parent group.
