COVID-19 Health and Safety Practices for In-Person Groups

All participants meeting in person will be required to self-report that they have been fully vaccinated, and PEPS may request proof of vaccinations at any time. Acceptable documents include your CDC COVID-19 vaccination record card (originals, copies, or photos accepted), certificate of COVID-19 vaccination, digital QR codes from MYIRmobile, or WA State Immunization Information System printout. PEPS is not equipped to monitor all families’ immunization or health records and cannot guarantee that all families have been vaccinated.

PEPS Groups that meet in homes or in hybrid groups will no longer be required to wear masks.

Groups meeting at community sites will require eligible adults to wear a snug-fitting, high-quality mask that covers the nose and chin unless actively eating and drinking. People with developmental, behavioral, or medical conditions that prevent the ability to wear a face covering may elect to use a face shield with a drape. Those who exhibit symptoms or are feeling ill will be able to join the meeting virtually.

Community site meeting spaces will have adequate ventilation and be subjected to increased cleaning protocols to ensure a clean environment.

Review the PEPS Notice, Waiver, and Release form.

Based on King County Public Health guidelines and community transmission rates, in-person groups may revert to a virtual format for the safety of our participants & facilitators. To stay up to date with developments, visit our COVID-19 news page.
