Avani Nadkarni, Communications and Marketing Manager

Avani Nadkarni

Avani Nadkarni (she/her) is thrilled for the opportunity to contribute to PEPS in her communications and marketing role. As a lifelong Seattle-ite, former PEPS parent and Group Leader, she is passionate about helping families find support and connection. As a former journalist, she is equally passionate about telling the rich and diverse stories behind the PEPS community. She first discovered PEPS when her sister encouraged her to join a PEPS Group with her firstborn; she loved the experience so much that she became a two-time PEPS Group Leader.

Outside of PEPS: Avani has two elementary-aged children and spends much of her time shuttling them to various activities. She also loves to try new recipes and restaurants, cheer on local Seattle sports teams (of all levels!), watch guilty pleasure TV (like Bravo!), and spend time with family and friends.

Education: Avani has a BA in Communications and Journalism from the University of Washington.
