2025

At PEPS, we take great pride in recognizing and celebrating outstanding volunteer service.

The Spirit of PEPS Award, or SOPA, was created in 2011 to honor outgoing Board Member and volunteer Cliff Meyer, and to recognize future volunteers who embody that same spirit. Each year, PEPS honors volunteers who shows deep commitment to parental support, enhance PEPS programming, serve their community, and inspire others to make volunteer service a meaningful part of their lives.

The Spirit of PEPS Award celebrates individuals whose leadership and support in PEPS Groups truly bring our mission to life — connecting parents, strengthening families, and building community.

2025 Spirit of PEPS Award Winner: Erin Reidy

Erin ReidySince becoming a leader in 2023, Erin Reidy has led five groups – the most recent kicked off in December 2025. By all accounts, Erin has created warm, supportive environments where parents feel truly seen and connected.

Erin was nominated by several of her group participants and a PEPS staff member, who described her as “supportive, kind, empathetic, and encouraging.”

We are so grateful for the way Erin shows up for parents and for PEPS.
