Second Time Around
The PEPS Second Time Around program is designed for new parents to attend with their babies, aged 2-20 weeks old, in a family with one or more older children. Groups are available for one parent to attend with their newborn (the same parent every week). Groups come together for 12 weeks, with time for sharing parenting highs and lows, to focus on the babies' development, and a discussion topic. Meetings also include time for informal socializing and connecting with other parents. PEPS Groups continue to meet virtually, with selected groups meeting in person at community sites.

Families of Color Seattle (FOCS)offers virtual parent groups for families with newborns, waddlers, and multi-age affinity groups for families of color, including upcoming virtual Black Moms Groups. FOCS groups are intentional in creating space for conversations about race and equity, and focus on the journey of parenting children of color, centering their narratives. Discussions are facilitated through an anti-bias lens. We encourage families with children of color to also join a FOCS parent group. To learn more and register, visit their Groups information page.
Adjusting to Parenthood PEPS and Perinatal Support Washington offer a weekly virtual group, providing parents additional support for the emotional changes and challenges of adapting to parenthood.

"It was something to look forward to every week and the meetings were enjoyable times to socialize with other women who had two children roughly the same ages." - PEPS Group Participant
"It was helpful to be with others who were dealing with an infant and toddler at the same time. I loved getting together with other parents who "get it" when I talk about the challenges of my day!" - PEPS Group Participant
