PEPS Network Groups

PEPS works with other organizations to provide peer parent support to their communities through the PEPS Network. Below are the local Network partners providing PEPS groups and how to register for those groups.


Foster Care and Adoption FamiliesAmara Adoption Families

PEPS Groups for Families at Amara

Parents who have adopted a foster child need support before, during and long after they have adopted their child.

Amara is a local organization that supports foster children and families in Washington.

Amara has partnered with PEPS to offer facilitated peer-based parent support groups for their families, including a modified curriculum for their meeting discussion topics. These groups will meet to share their weekly highs and lows, share resources with their peers, ask questions and create community and connection.

Temple De Hirsch Sinai Jewish Families

PEPS GROUPS to facilitate Jewish community among new parents

Temple De Hirsch Sinai is one of our new 2017 PEPS Network Partners! They will be hosting PEPS groups and welcome all families with babies between 2-16 weeks who are interested in the PEPS experience through a Jewish lens and within a Jewish setting. PEPS Groups for Families at MAIA Midwifery & Fertility

In Seattle and the greater Puget Sound area, we have a wide variety of postpartum support groups and early learning opportunities. It can be hard to sort through all the options to find the support that meets your needs, and there are few activities focused specifically for LGBTQ parents. MAIA PEPS groups are provided with the same queer-centered, gender inclusive approach as with all of MAIA services.

MAIA has partnered with PEPS to offer facilitated peer-based parent support groups for LGBTQ families, including a modified curriculum for their meeting discussion topics. Groups will meet to share their weekly highs and lows, share resources with their peers, ask questions and create community and connection.

Many LGBTQ parents choose to be in a PEPS Newborn Group in their neighborhood with other parents with babies around the same age as their own. To do that, just register for a Newborn Group here.


Twins and Multiples

PEMS: Twins & Multiples PEPS Groups for Families at SFOM

Seattle Families of Multiples (SFOM) is a local organization that supports families of multiples. SFOM has partnered with PEPS to offer facilitated peer-based parent support groups for their families, including a modified curriculum for their meeting discussion topics. These groups will meet to share their weekly highs and lows, share resources with their peers, ask questions and create community and connection.

Many parents of twins and multiples choose to be in a PEPS Newborn Group in their neighborhood with other parents with single babies around the same age as their own. To do that, just register for a PEPS Newborn Group here.
