Join us for an in-person presentation designed for parents and caregivers raising children aged 9-19, featuring tips and strategies to establish healthy screen boundaries and foster emotional resilience in their teens.
Our presenter, Dr. Jennifer Tininenko, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Director of the Child Anxiety Center at Evidence-Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS).
Participants will leave with actionable tips they can implement right away to create a healthier balance with technology in their homes.
