Adjusting to Parenthood is a new mom support group, offering additional support for the emotional changes and challenges of adapting to parenthood. If you could use a little extra support in addition to your PEPS Group, consider attending one of these drop-in sessions, which are facilitated by professional therapists.

Becoming a new parent can be overwhelming, and it often takes time to adjust to changed roles and unfamiliar experiences. Good support can help ease the transition, especially if it provides a place for new mothers to come together and express the reality of how hard parenthood can be.
