Little Peppers is designed for families with two children ages 3 and under. Groups are led by a professional facilitator and include parenting highs and lows, a topic discussion related to the adventure of parenting and time for fun. Babies and children remain in the room with their parents for the entire meeting - which makes for quite a busy and exciting time! If you are interested in a siblings group where you can attend with just your new baby, please check out 2nd Time Around.

* Summer sessions are 8 weeks/1.5 hours, program fee $145.

Little Peppers Schedule

Little Peppers groups meet once a week for 90 minutes per session at Seattle and Eastside locations. We have regular sessions available in the Winter, Spring and Fall, and limited sessions available in the summer.

Adjusting to Parenthood

PEPS and Postpartum Support Int’l of WA offer a twice monthly group, offering parents additional support for the emotional changes and challenges of adapting to parenthood. >> Learn More

Please note: Due to the recent epidemic and continued concerns of Pertussis (Whooping Cough) in Washington State, PEPS has implemented a policy requiring that all adults who attend PEPS Groups must be current on their Tdap vaccination.

Getting vaccinated with Tdap at least two weeks before coming into close contact with an infant is especially important for families and caregivers of new infants.

All babies must be current on the DTaP vaccine once they are old enough for the first dose. Families who do not comply with this policy cannot participate in PEPS at this time.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact Mary Power, PEPS Program Director: maryp@peps.org.

Program Fees

Payment is due at time of registration. Your payment can be refunded if you cancel at least three weeks before the group begins. If a group does not meet its minimum enrollment, as rarely happens, we will cancel it - in this case, you could either choose a different group to attend, or receive a full refund.

Reduced Fees for South Snohomish County Residents: Thanks to a generous grant from the Verdant Health Commission, families who live in the Public Hospital District 2 boundaries qualify for a reduced program fee. >> Find out if you are eligible.

Financial Assistance

PEPS is committed to serving every family who wishes to join our community. We happily provide financial assistance, supported by our generous donors. Scholarships are income-based, and typically cover amounts equal to 25%-75% of program fees, with full scholarships in special situations. So, even if you don't think of yourself as "low income," if the regular fee is going to be a stretch for you financially, please apply for a scholarship.

PEPS Group Wait List

If a session is full, registration is closed for that location.
Click 'JOIN WAIT LIST' under the session you are interested in and enter your name and your baby's birth date. You will be notified by email only if a spot becomes available.
