Mothers, tell us what you think about Vitamin D!

If you are the mother of a baby or toddler less than 24 months of age, and would like to participate in a brief survey studying Vitamin D please click here

. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and anonymous. No information can be linked to you or your children. Your participation is very much appreciated. If you know other mothers who would like to participate, please provide them the link above.

About this survey: Brittany Armstrong-Hoss, a PEPS parent, Pediatric Nurse, and a Graduate Student at the University of Washington is interested in surveying mothers regarding the American Academy of Pediatrics’ recommendation to supplement children with Vitamin D. Her aim is to examine mothers' knowledge of Vitamin D, the reasons they choose to supplement their children or not, and their feeding practices. This information will be used to publish research findings and provide the foundation for her Master’s Thesis. All research activities have been approved by the University of Washington’s Use of Human Subject’s approval to protect participants’ rights and privacy http://www.washington.edu/research/hsd/.
