Dana Guy, Deputy Director

Dana Guy

Dana is responsible for building and strengthening organizational capacity and positioning PEPS to grow effectively and reach more families. Working to support the Executive Director, key functions of Dana's role include oversight of PEPS infrastructure, IT, HR, finance, communications and organizational change management. Dana led PEPS through a digital transformation project - moving the organization from ad hoc processes and outdated platforms to a supported and integrated IT system that allows PEPS to plan, forecast, and respond to parents more effectively.

Her previous work experience includes serving as the Public Information Officer for Seattle Fire Department, managing communications and satellite broadcast operations at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in California and working at a small public relations firm.
Dana participated in an evening PEPS group with her husband and daughter and feels strongly that having support through the journey of parenthood makes it much more enjoyable. She led a daytime group when Violet was 10 months old.

Outside of PEPS: Dana lives in Kirkland with her husband and two kids. Dana loves anything she can do outside including running, cycling, hiking and paddle boarding.

Education: Dana holds a BA in Communications from University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
